What is your primary product or service?
I provide Personal Assistance services to any adult in need over the age of 18. Whether it be short or long term we will assist you in your personal care needs. Which includes: bathing, dressing, homemaker, transportation, shopping/errands, travel companions and much more. This service gives an individual the ability to choose their own living environment and the care they receive while they recuperate from a surgery or even in their final days. Everyone should have options available to them and we provide that option.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in the care field. I enjoy being able to help others and found at an early age that I was very good at it. I started my business when my reputation got bigger than the amount of time I had in a day to help the people that were calling me. At that point I started recruiting trusted individuals to help.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Even though I have been in this field for many years I have chosen to keep my business and clientele on a very personal basis. I feel that knowing each one individually alows me to provide them with the total care that is needed. I am more aware of changes if they may arise. Along with providing the safety and security they deserve. My clientele, as well as my employees happiness is more important to me than the income it generates. It promotes wellness ,independence and a better quality of life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location for now, I have looked into expanding into more rural areas were the need is great but at this point I need to concentrate on this location

What type of payments do you accept?
I accept payments by check, MED/LTC insurance reimbursement, VA Aide and Attendance reimbursement vouchers/payment and the Area agency on Aging of Tarrant and Johnson County Homemaker and Respite Care vouchers. Currently, I am looking into PayPal and credit card payments for the convenience of our customers.
Which areas do you service?
The main areas that we serve are Tarrant, Johnson, Hill, Bosque and Dallas counties. I also serve many other rural counties, please call us for a complete list

Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm. On call 24 hours a day.
