Massage Therapist
In my cozy studio I have created an environment that is calm and relaxing so you can forget the cares of the world.
For your first visit I will start by having you fill out a short form and speaking with you to get an idea of what your particular issues are, what your expectations are, and what you want to achieve during your session.
I will start with a relaxing Swedish massage and when needed combine therapeutic techniques on areas that need a little extra attention. During and after your massage I will use warm moist cloths to wipe away any excess lotion and soothe your body. This will leave your skin hydrated, rejuvenated and you ready for your day.
I use a large table with four inches of padding that provides excellent comfort. To that I add an inch of soft foam pad and an inch of thick fleece pad that will provide added comfort and warmth that you can relax into. I also use soft cotton flannel sheets that are wonderful to snuggle into. When needed, I use a soft woven cotton blanket for added warmth. I use a hypo allergenic unscented lotion or oil according to your preference.

Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
I have had my own business since 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
I am a massage therapist and tend to do more clinical type work mixed with relaxing massage for a more enjoyable experience.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I learned about massage out of necessity. Like many people, I thought of massage as something for the rich, or for people that were not really looking for massage. I had trouble with 2 herniated discs in my neck. I went through decompression therapy, chiropractic therapy, and at the suggestion of my chiroprator, massage therapy. Even though the medical doctors said that there was no hope except for surgery, I have been pain free with full mobilaty for 10 years now.
I would not say that this would work for everyone, but it should be considered as a viable alternative to surgery. If it does not work for you then you can always have the surgery.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am an indipendant provider, so I can cater to the needs of my clients. I am able to work with them on day, time, treatment, and cost.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I only have one location since I am the only therapist. However, I do hope to expand , if everything goes well, to enclude products for sell. Maybe some time in the future I will be able to have other therapists as well.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash and credit cards.
What are your hours of operation?
My normal hours are 10 am to 8pm. However, I will open early if you schedule at least the day before. I will also stay later, but not for first time clients.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment to me is when some returns for my services. Not every therapist is right for every client; but not every client is right for every therapist either. The relationship must have trust and respect for and from both parties.
Second best compliment is tha I have a great touch/hands.
