How long have you been in business?
Since 1972. That's 44 years!
What is your primary product or service?
Great plumbing service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father was a licensed master plumber and I grew up helping my Dad. We are an entire family of master & licensed plumbers. My Dad, brother, myself, and my two grown sons are plumbers. My 18 year old grandson says he wants to go into the plumbing business as well. He certainly has a great start! He participated in the plumbing trade state competition and won 2nd place.
We're very proud of him.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Old fashioned upbringing. We all work hard to earn a living for our families. Never take advantage of each other! Work hard, be fair, do a good job. Many of our customers have been with us over 30 years. We now have their grown children as customers, and their neighbors, church family & in-laws. Word of mouth is the best advertizing in the world.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have the one location and that's enough for us. We cover the entire metroplex. That's plenty.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept personal & business checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and cash if you've got it.
Which areas do you service?
Fort Worth and the surrounding Mid-Cities area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family business.
What are your hours of operation?
7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. We work late when we need to, but, like everyone else... we like to go home to our families and have supper. We try to work with our customers and understand that sometimes emergencies happen. That's life.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Best compliment in the world is when our customers refer us to their friends and co-workers. That says it all.
